Aziza's
Place, a grassroots NGO, is a home and learning center
serving impoverished Cambodian children. The colorful
and lively building is located in the heart of the capital
city Phnom Penh, and opened on Valentine’s Day
2007. It is the namesake of Aziza Yasmeen, whose radiant
compassion now echoes through the lives of children
here. We share the inspiration of Aziza’s love
and joy with all who enter Aziza’s Place.
Our Mission We promote
self-determination by providing children with a safe
environment, education and developmental programmes
focused on health, language, literacy, mathematics,
vocational training, life skills, and the visual arts.
Our Vision We work towards all Aziza’s
Place graduates learning the life tools, skills and
values to become economically and socially empowered,
self-sufficient, and productive citizens of their generation.
